I've just seen the prices of replacement disks so am now thinking I may get mine ground as they are quite pitted.
The Manual says "the thickness of the front and rear disk (new disk) 5.85 to 6.0" but it says nothing about old discs. Do I read this to be 5.85 is the lower limit?

Minimum thickness should be cast into the disc/carrier somewhere.

Had a good look, can't see any writing anywhere...

I couldn't find wear limits in the shop manuals I looked at.
From EBC
Motorcycle discs have much lower wear tolerances, generally half of one mm each side means the rotor is worn out and should be replaced.
