Does this model suffer from the goofy starting circuit wiring which people are fixing with the "startus interruptis" kit or alternate wiring?

I've never had it happen.

Startus Interruptus relates to the recent CARC models (Norge, Griso, etc )

Cheers,
Shaun

Looks to be in pretty nice shape.

Is that a rare Agostini fairing?

I'll be surprised if that isn't gone in 24 hours....assuming it's a legitimate add and not some kind of scam.....which would not surprise me.

Not an important question.

A Le Mans 3 changed hand Thursday at the Davenport Swap meet. I heard it sold for 4500.00 on the first day of the meet. I did not get a close look at it but it appeared stock. I think 4k is a fair asking price for this one. Has anybody gone to see it yet?

Thank you, Tom for your feedback, and Shawn also for a definitive answer.
And to Dimples: I admire and envy your prodigious powers of discernment, to be able to determine what might or might not be important to a complete stranger.

So this looks like a good example of a Le Mans III, even though it's been modified quite a bit. Even with many of its OEM parts missing  (fairing, shocks, seat, peg holders etc..), it does seem to be at the lower end of the LM3 price spectrum, at $4500.

Do you guys think that it would be priced higher, if in another area of the country?

Not correct, Shaun. It affects all Guzzis where the starter button circuit carries the full voltage sent to the starter. I had it (and fixed it) on a small block as well as on my current Norge. It should be checked for whenever there is a suspected low voltage condition to the starter.

When my starter relay went bad,  the symptoms mimicked the "starter interruptis"  issue. The bike would exhibit an occasional no start when the button was pushed. Replacing the starter relay cured this.
