All 4 spds. had no ribbing. Nor did the 5 spd. in the Telaio Rosso:

Wow, so the 1999 " california e11 " came with a 1680 cc engine? I must have missed that model.

And it was an appossed twin, too.

And it was an appossed twin, too.

I can't quite decide if that would mean it contained an apostrophe or was built by an opossum.

Perhaps something to do with a posse...or possession.

Or maybe it means the guy who built it was all thumbs.

Talk about a piece of junk , those things are built from the cheapest metals , I witnessed a clutch perch break on a brand new one the first time the owner pulled the lever .

Culture?  Isn't that something they do when they suspect a strep infection?  Also, when they suspect what we used to call "the clap".

In the Air Farce they didn't bother with the culture , they just gave everyone penicillin

Nah, I'll pass. I don't know what bobeing is, don't know anyone who does bobe so likely have little use for a bober in any case.

'Sides... I don't care to cope with that leaky final drive.

As far as our friend in the second link - a fella likely needs to translate the ad to drunken "Jersey Shore" speak: It's "... apoose'd (a be a) twin..." Our man just slurrs a bit on the keyboard.
