I was at a local shop seeing if the TPS had been delivered for the EV and saw this. A local had smashed his green 1100 Sport. Since the fairings are no longer available this guy was repairing with fiberglass.
I was impressed enough to post it here.

Nice to see him salvaging it but I think Airtech still has them for the U.S. headlamp.

This is at Don't shop but that's not him. Don is a good guy for finding guys like this.

Maybe OKC can become a hotbed for Italian MCs :bike-037:

well he's trying to procure another "Ducati" TPS. I was told it was shipped yesterday.
So, I'll call him Desmo Don (not the guy in the photo). He also build cafes and customs for the Urban and Hipster guys.

Judging by the clientele at the food truck court , Don has a very large potential market . Next time we are gonna have to eat there .

The Ducati part is a direct replacement TPS (PF3), the HD is slightly different (PF4). They both cost about the same and both have made in China Quality ($80).
My EV had a Harley TPS in it when I bought it. It was giving me problems and I replaced it with another Harley unit that was dead when I bought it. I finally got this one that worked OK for a while. Both cost me $80. Harley took it back but wouldn't sell me another, this one is being replaced by the vendor (not Ducati).

OK, hope it works well..

I replaced the one in my Jackal, which was misfiring, with a Duc/Guzzi one:

Fixed the problem.

yespers, that's the vendor I am getting replaced.
Notice the website says that replacement for "California Guzzis Only"- I think that's because it worked on my bike when installed.
Now, not so much.
