Title: What year did Guzzi go to the roller tappet?
Post by: HDGoose on October 09, 2015, 03:05:03 PM
I'm seeing some leftover 2013 and 2014 new motorcycles. So I was wondering...Since a California, with it's small fuel tank, limits my touring, I am considering the Norge, or perhaps even a Stelvio. I'll probably fly and ride home.

Its been posted many times. Not being snarky on this but every thread about rollers except the DIY has the info.

Mid 2012.

The Stelvio is my touring bike. 300 mile range with 8.5 gallons...more if I stay below 60mph. ADV bikes make great touring rigs.

Rollers on late 2012 through today.

You should be safe with one of those.
All a Dealer has to do to check is whip one of the Rocker Covers off, can't see anyone losing a sale for the sake of 10 minutes work!
