I take it that you have not been on the Autostrada at 90 mph passing some other slowmover doing 80mph or so and had distant blinking instantly become on-your-butt Xenon flicker-effect from some non-cop exotic Italian or German beast about to mate with your rear bumper?

That'll fuse your sphincter.

 Oh , gotcha Bill . Out here it is usually some 4 wheel drive diesel running about 100 MPH , and they don't bother to flash  :angry:

Even if it wasn't insured, probably just pocket change for the owner ... just order another one and some nice Italian folks have job security for a while ..... !

I was quite impressed by the number of similar videos on the sidebar.  Page 337 of the owner's manual probably mentions blipping the gas like that is not recommended by the factory.

I noticed that too. These cars are not 100% hufterproof. These are racecars and need to be handled like that. But it seems most of them are in hands of stupid people who haave no clue. But also driving fast isn't without danger:
