i don't know anything about the bike or the seller. I just found the ad on cl , i wish i could afford it , but i really like it and seems the owner did a lot of nice mods.
wonder why selling it after all those money spent in it.......
How the 2015 models are ? any known recall yet ?
I think the issue with the tappets has been solved , am i correct ?
What kind of "luggage" are available for the griso ?
thanks

those are some expensive mods he's made but also if they're done incorrectly might screw the bike up and create headaches. it kind of looks like a hack job to me but the parts if you were to put them on ebay would easily recover your money to put it back to stock which is about the money he's asking for for a brand new one.should be under warranty if he hasn't f***** it up yet
and yes there are bags available for the bike. I have Hepco's. around about $450 or so.

The most important mod that bike needs is being separated from that hipster dipshit.
Nothing he's done can't be reversed if you want.

The bike is solid. No recalls, roller rockers.
The mods, however, scare me. I just looked on craigslist and found a 2015 with 1150 miles for the same price AND ITS ALL STOCK. A much better place to start. Some people have good luck with the Power Commander mods, some don't. Those that don't get frustrated and sell their bikes. I'm not saying that this is the case here, but buying a used bike is a crap shoot. You're much better off buying one that has not been modified.
Yes............ and I speak from experience.

I kind of like the rear license plate bracket , is that off a Duc I wonder?

I would talk to Scoot Richmond, they are good, honest folks and should know the history of this bike.
Nice looking bike, let us know!

whats with that yellow headlight? spoils the cool look.
and he takes it to a lot of lonely places for fotos, is that hip? I don't think it's art.

Hey, let's be tolerant and thankful for his "individuality".
Other than pulling off the wrap, getting rid of that yeller headlight and goofy saddlebag I don't see a lot of work.
The Exhaust, ECU work and seat cost about $3000 new. I'd be up for it but I already have a Griso and am looking at a second bike for long distances.
I think it's great that Hipsters are buying Guzzi's then putting nearly half of what they paid for into mods and selling them with low mileage for hopefully fifty cents on the dollar.
and in saying that I wonder if it will get down to $8000 or so after three or four months on craigslist.

All true. Could be a good buy.

<Some people have good luck with the Power Commander mods, some don't.>
Add me to the list of those with good luck with the Power Commander mods, I bought my from Todd at GuzziTech. My Stelvio gets 42/44 mpg consistently has great throttle response and power across the RPM range.
