Does anyone know a source for 6mm vacuum nipples that go into the intakes ?
Thanks

You looking for the metal parts or the rubber caps? Caps and clamps are easy at auto parts stores. I would imagine you could get the metal parts at most auto stores too.

Motion Pro sells them, most bike shops will have them in stock.

I made mine out of a pair of screws and nuts.

A grease zirk will work. Just take a smidgen off the threaded end. The spring and check ball will come out, and you have a vacuum port, complete with threads. Free from your "good junk" box.

Tips for a mig welder fit right on and last forever in this application . Small Millers, probly up to 180, there are different tips but the small ones are metric threaded. I used the ones for the largest wire , otherwise I drill them out, either way works
