I'm just loving my bigTrailie! 409kms (254 miles) today. It never got above 10c (50f) and the sun never showed it's face, but I had a blast on some nice long forest back roads. Life is good.

254 miles on backroads is a pretty fair day Nick :bike-037:
Dusty
Only about 20% was unpaved. The rest, just nice paved roads but no superslab.

Is that roadkill a threat to tires?

40 miles of gravel would be a monster day for most riders

I would think so. Human skin offers no resistance to the quills, so I imagine rubber wouldn't far much better. At the size of a medium-sized dog, hitting one wouldn't be a joke, even if they were bald.

Hey Nick, do you have Neil Diamonds recipe ? And maybe a side dish of Vanilla soup :food:

Looks like a great ride, Nick. Glad you got out.
I spent the whole day working on the Stelvio, and it seems ready. So, I'll be taking it on the ride to Parry Sound tomorrow. Wish me luck!!
Cheers,

The Quota seems a perfect companion for the kinds of roads you ride. I'd still have mine if I weren't
height challanged. Great bikes!
