All,
Last spring I ordered a Powerbronze fly screen extension for my Triumph STRX. Bought it from UK after positive descriptions on the TriumphRat forum. Houston heat/humidity/summer stopped me from install. So today, with bike on stand, and cool weather and time: tried the install.
Seemed like a quality product, instructions were fairly clear. I spent over two hours trying and retrying to get their supplied bolts to fit the female brass fittings on the Triumph flyscreen. No joy at all. After some thought and experimentation I concluded the PB bolts are the wrong thread: they just want to strip the fittings. Sheesh, really? The fail is disappointing. I am asking for a full refund as I do not want to invest any more time...
Jeweler skills needed? Sorry, I just don't have the patience for this crap.

Your nuts are likely M5 or M6 while the supplied screws are #10 or 1/4" and a fairly easy hardware store fix. I agree with you but sheesh!

Whit,
Likely you are spot-on: Powerbronze got lazy on bolt sizing. Or, Triumph changed the design a bit on the 2015 model and PB did not keep up.
The install is very, very awkward. I just don't want to invest hours and hours of trial and error after paying over $100 for this accessory. I just want my money back.
