Has anyone used those new-fangled ceramic wheel bearings in a motorcycle?

No use making my bike work any harder than it has to.  and yes my diet is progressing - slooowly

The difference in rolling resistance will be so small as to not be measurable.  By far, most of the friction is caused by the tires rolling on the road.

Weren't these developed for jet engines to withstand extreme heat ? The only advantage might be that less lubricant would be needed .
