Title: 2010 v7c engine light?

My wife's 10 v7c engine light comes on for a few seconds after start up then goes out, she said it just started doing it this week, I can not find anything wrong with the bike, any help would be great, thanks in advance.

If it's brief I wouldn't worry about it.  I think around 2012 there was two directives from Guzzi on the engine light.  One was a tech bulletin to re-route some wires to prevent the light from prematurely coming on, and the other was a map change, to also inhibit the light. 

I might be able to dig up more info if you're interested, but really, for a few seconds of light I wouldn't worry.

Thanks for the info Joe, seems like it is nothing to worry about since it goes out a few seconds after start up.
