I have seen that before. I really like it! I always thought it was real, but maybe it is animation. Hmmm...

 I am pretty sure it is Michael Dunlop and is real .

   Looks animated to me. If you notice the spectators, their heads don't turn as he goes by. Still, it's a cool video
