Does anyone have an extra 2008 Moto Guzzi brochure they would like to part with or know where I could get one?

Yes.  I downloaded this brochure from Guzzi USA in 2008.  Enjoy.

That brochure shows 6 models for 2008 ...

1200 Sport
1200 Norge
1100 Griso
750 Breva
750 Nevada Classic
California Vintage

but weren't the 1200 Stelvio (4V), 1100 Breva, and V7 Classic also available that year as well?

8V motored Guzzi's came out in 09, same w/V7 Classic, Breva 1100's were all leftovers.  This is for USA stuff.
