Title: Zinc Content of Mobil 1

I ran across an updated chart on the zinc (ZDDP) content of Mobil 1 motorsport oil and thought I'd post it.

Mobil 1 motorsport oil is a different formulation than their automotive oil.

I realize that no 10W60 is currently offered but maybe this information will be of interest to some folks.

That's interesting. I wonder where their EP oils fall on this chart.

If memory serves that 15-50 is the same as it was in an old test I posted some years back and the 0-50 is about the same as the 20-50 Motorcycle oil in my old data (but the 20-50 is lower now on this chart):

Yes, Eastwoood and several others sell ZDDP additive.  However, buying oil with sufficient ZDDP to begin with is usually more cost-effective.
