Title: Dekalb Guzzi breakfast and Sinus Surgery
Post by: bad Chad on December 04, 2015, 05:18:25 PM
All local mid west boys and girls, don't forget to come out to the Junction restaurant in scenic Dekalb IL, tomorrow 9am, for the best Guzzi breakfast in northern IL!   Ride if you can, otherwise cages will do.

I won't be there, unfortunately for me.  I had a sinus procedure on wed that the Saw Bones calls, Bilateral endoscopic sinus surgery, Septoplasty, Inferior turbinate reductions.   I'm not allowed to play or do much of anything for a few more days.   And let me tell you nasal Stints are not comfortable!!   So JoeW, save me a cap, and tell the boys I'll be back next year!

Well, personally, I'll pass on the Guzzi breakfast and Sinus Surgery. I think I'll go to the Indiana Guzzi lunch and prostate exam instead..

Does the exam come before, during or after lunch?

So it's up you nose with a rubber hose?  I had them shove a big one into my nose and all the way down to pump my stomach once.  When they yanked it out, ( and I do mean yanked ), It hurt so bad I power puked when it came out.
If one is a masochist I highly recommend this proceedure.
 My sympathies Chad.

If you're in Fishers, we're less than a half hour away..

I'm watching for a "fly-by".  I knew you were next door here. Locked up in family stuff. Hitting a wedding in an hour, Christmas exchange in the morning with a stop in Detroit and Chicago tomorrow night.

I've had three in hospital sinus surgeries and about a half dozen more procedures in the dr's office.
Twice, when they yanked the packing out, it hurt all the way to my arse.
...(I know, thanks for the info)....
