Title: Guzzi in Austin
Post by: jbell on December 11, 2015, 01:35:13 PM
Stopped by AF1's new location off I-35 in Austin and it is beautiful.  And so much easier to get to than their old downtown location.  Huge Guzzi inventory and friendly folks.  With all the postings of Guzzi dealers leaving the franchise it's great to see a dealership expanding and growing.  They sure have a nice used V7 down there that I'm having a tough time deciding on.  Property taxes coming up, homeowners insurance due and after this year's freaky weather, I bumped for flood insurance......gark, hope that V7 lasts a little while down there.  Dang, it's nice.

so I am guessing the AF1 shop has moved pretty close to the Ducati shop?

It's on the southbound side of 35, just a bit south of Ducati and Woods.

I think their mail order business makes a big difference, and, I'd guess they sell a lot more Apirilias and Vespas than Guzzis.  one advantage of being a Paggio dealer.

Rundberg exit going southbound.  Next to ALTEX, use their tall sign to key off of.
