Title: Finally got to take a ride yesterday!!!

Saturday was in the low 70s here. I hadn't been on a bike since my last knee surgery, in September, I think. I rolled out the lighter of my 2 bikes, washed off the cobwebs and went for a ride. It felt so good to be back on 2 wheels! I didn't have any trouble out of either knee so stairs are still difficult but riding is a go!

Flip,

That is fantastic!  Riding is the best therapy for the mind and soul.  Last year at this time I was recovering from hernia surgery.  No riding for six weeks.  Man did it feel good to get back on the bike. 

We had apocalyptic rains yesterday.  Sun is out today, and it should warm up. But, workers are putting a new roof on this old house today.  Garage is blocked, so no ride.  Guess poodles will get a long muddy walk when HQ gives me the ok.
