Title: Well, happy Christmas or whatever other thing you celebrate.
Post by: Vasco DG on December 19, 2015, 10:12:27 PM
I've just submitted three warranty claims which I doubt will get anything done about them before the new year now but this week, apart from inspecting another 8V top end and fitting a tyre to Mark's bike I'm pretty much done for the year.

Tomorrow I'm going to get seriously stuck in to cleaning up my shop which is a brothel at the moment! Mark's riding over on Tuesday for the tyre and rego check and then Wednesday I hope to pull my original POS 8V to bits and get the crank and rods off to QES. Dunno if I'll need another new set of shells or not but at 90,000 I'll fling a couple of new cam chains at it and probably freshen up the heads a bit.

Once it's back together I'll probably fling it into Ralf's bike to get him going until he can afford to rebuild his. He must be the unluckiest man in the world the way his went out. I've got a brand new roller motor so my old shitter would probably sit gathering dust for a decade before I needed to swap it out again. He's got to be mobile again by April when we head off to the Flinders for a Ghetto cabal!

Happy Christmas to your and yours, Pete!  It caught my eye when I saw that in your title.  The poem "A Visit From St. Nicholas" uses that phrase, but many times in my life when I've dared to say "Happy Christmas" instead of "Merry Christmas", I've been laughed at.

Happy Christmas to all, and to all a good night!

Naked pagans? Thats alright in the southern hemisphere where it is warm enough to go naked.

But you would have to dress up like a Canadian Wookie up here to go party outside.

The big question is: I wonder who is going to win the biggest electric light display award this year?
