Title: Vintage Tach Repair
Post by: Cross-tie Walker on January 07, 2016, 11:47:30 AM
Does anyone here know of a replacement source or someone who repairs this tach? (2007 Vintage) Apparently Palo Alto Speedo does not.

Thx!

You might try Joel Levine.  (Google him)

I would replace it with an electronic tach from Speedhut. There is quite a bit of info here on that. I put one in my Cal II after having 2 electronic Veglia's go tits up. you can even have them put the Guzzi logo on the face.

You might try North Hollywood Speedometer.

I've sent obscure car instruments and even the tach from my 1975 Fournier RF5B (www.rf5b.com). They did a good job every time for a reasonable cost.

Don't know what they'd say about this one, but they seem to be straight shooters, even restoring instrument faces, etc.
