Not great to look at...but it actually works quite well. Works in both locations...its a 2 in 1 tool.(http://i1379.photobucket.com/albums/ah139/markstaylor2002/P1030736_zps5qhixyog.jpg) (http://s1379.photobucket.com/user/markstaylor2002/media/P1030736_zps5qhixyog.jpg.html)
Any guesses on what it does?

Tool for removing small pebbles from the front and rear tire treads? Give us a hint. Works only on the Cali II or would also work on other bikes (e.g - V7II)? Is it patented?

1) tool for removing embedded bugs in teeth from riding with an open-face helmet; 2) also useful for scratching the sides of cars that don't yield the right of way.

It's a homemade "key" for the luggage locks on the old Krauser hard bags. Proper key blanks seem to be hard to find for these old locks.
When examining the locks i realized they are very simple mechanisms. Even calling them locks is kind of a stretch. they are just tricky latches and are very easy to "pick". It took a few attempts to get the keys right but they work just fine.
The material is an old curtain bracket or something like that, 1.4mm thick.
