I took a little time out of my job drawing comic books to whip out a fun little image of a 1200 Sport rider and his bike. It's winter here so I'm not riding and this is the next best thing.
Hope you enjoy.

Very nice! The comic book industry is huge! Do you pen any books I might know of?

Love it!

The black and white comic Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles is what I'm most known for. Most folks don't realize that that property started off as a tiny self-published comic and grew from there.
I've owned a bunch of Moto Guzzis and often in my work I try to sneak one into the comic. Casey Jones sits in a bar on one of the covers wearing an MG tee shirt (Volume 4, Issue 29), for example.
Here, Michelangelo and his girlfriend (alien dinosaur chick) take a ride on Casey's Ambassador in Maine.
It's fun and I like promoting the brand

Good to see you here.

Nice work! Keep it coming! How 'bout a WG t shirt design with a suspender wearing grouchy old fart with his bottom lip stuck out and an old bug covered T3 or Convert with a set of may-pop tyres? :thumb:

Very talented Noswal/Lawson!
Definitely could get some T-shirts or stickers made up with that talent!!

Seen his stuff here in the past:

Your work reminds me of Will Elder's art for Mad Magazine in the 1950's.

Too cool. Thanks for posting.

I think you may have made a semi-classic out of my favorite Guzzi!
Thanks for taking time to do the Sport cartoon.

Cool in general but working that eagle in is icing on the cake. I envy folks that can just whip out art like that.
Todd.

Will any new designs be available at the shop in Gill anytime soon?
I have a couple, but you can never have too many Guzzi Tshirts!
Thanks for sharing your Guzzi work, love it!

Great stuff, Jim! Thanks for sharing here,

Owen points out that I'm a Western Mass guy and that my local Guzzi dealer is A-J Cycles (http://ajcycle.com).
Over the many years that I've had a relationship with them, they've hired me to do the shop a ton of t-shirts- many featuring Guzzis and BMWs. I think they have quite a library dating back way too long of some of my old designs...
To answer your question though, Alan hasn't come out and asked me to do him a new design. I go in there and look around and I get the feeling that he's reprinting some of the old stuff (which is fine).
Should he ask me though for a new shirt- I'm ready.

Hey, great drawings!
That story about Guzzis in the world of teenage mutant ninja turtles is just unbelievable. Or, rather, maybe that's where Guzzis belong?
It sure is a weird world.......

I love the Guzzi cartoon art! Would it be possible for you to put a few of your sketches of BMWs out here? I own both! Love to see some K bike stuff, but REALLY would like to see anything you've done based on the R100GS.
Thanks,
Bob

Really cool. But I have to say for me, there is something a little about the orientation of the eagle versus the bike. It appears as though the eagle is trying to pick up The bike and carry it away. I'm not trying to be negative but was so much positivity I felt I had to point it out.

Could you draw a Norge or Stelvio, please?
