The dollar is currently strong against the, uh, dollar so is this a possibility or a paperwork clustermageddeon?

Keep your grubby hands off our Guzzis :violent1:
Just Joking, I've got an EV for sale on Craigslist.

We were just discussing this on the NE Yahoo Guzzi board.

Hey, OK. Anyone that wants to come up with US$15,000 for my 750S - perhaps we can talk.

There is very little hassle exporting a used motorcycle from Canada to the USA, I have sent three down south over the years. I use AA Motorcycle Transport out of San Diego for door to door shipping and I get them to do the brokerage as well.
I hate to see good bikes leave the country but it cuts both ways, when the Canadian dollar was worth more or equal over the past cou0ple years I was buying from the USA and shipping them here. It is a great time to be selling to the USA.

The paperwork is easy. Also, the warranty is cross-border. Depending on where you are, transportation can be a matter of hiring someone to deliver the bike just across the border to avoid being subject to Canadian sales tax (which varies between provinces), and then picking it up with a U-Haul trailer. To do that, I think you would need a customs broker. I'd be happy to elaborate, if desired, via personal message.

Not sure what the current political dance is going from Canada to U.S but I have done lots over the years ( last month actually ) from the U.S to Canada.
As far as weather its worth it I would say so at present.......... I have a pristine 2014 Cali 14 ( Tour equipped ) right now that could be had for around $9K U.S......... amazing.
Ciao.

Where could I find bikes listed for sale? Preferably on the west side as I am in Idaho.
Thanks,

Kijiji or Craigslist are your best bet.
Craigslist for Vancouver and Kijiji for Calgary or Edmonton.

Castanet in Kelowna, BC is a decent online source, as well, for both new and used. Just a hop, skip and a jump from Idaho.

Sounds like the time is right for me to sell my Eldo. And I am right on the Washington border, so that will help.

Dang. The Canadian Dollar has gone south. It was equal or better than a buck.
