I wonder if this guy is a good friend of the great legend, Mr. Nevada?

OK, but...
I should think the race for Mr N would be in consuming them, no?

This has a certain asymmetry , or wait, maybe it is a simple math problem . How many miles must one run to burn the calories from a donut ?

There's more to this story that the link that I posted forgot to include. Here's what they left out" "The Krispy Kreme Challenge is a race in which contestants run five miles while eating 12 doughnuts in an hour, according to race organizers."
Here's a better link from another news source: http://wncn.com/2016/02/06/man-dies-during-krispy-kreme-challenge-race-in-raleigh/

So "asymmetry" it is then . Kind of strange

Dusty, it's about a half an hour on an elliptical or rowing machine if you are running it at about 130 heart beats per minute. :):) somewhere around 4 miles per donut.

last report from LeafMan is that Nevada was living large, riding a Norge, seeing the chickies and has his act together.
I think we are due for a report, hint -hint <shrug>

I'm still very disappointed that thread was deleted. If anything, I may have preferred it be locked but what an adventure. I do understand though why it was nixed. Probably too great a chance that Mr. N would hear of it and cause embarrassment.
Ah well. :boozing:

The Great One lives - for now.
I hear from him pretty much every day. Normally, he is perched, yes, at the Krispy Kreme. "They're coming off hot!" and They've got your name on one of 'em!" He always tells me that and tries to lure me over.
Nevada is quite taken with the various "special" donuts and pastries that KK offers from time to time. I went through endless descriptions and appraisals of the Christmas donuts- one looked like a miniature snowman. I heard a LOT about the snowman.
Other objects of his affection are the new apple fritters. Apple fritters, apple fritters. I hear a lot about apple fritters.
No major mechanical issues with his Norge. He DOES NOT work on it.
Oh, and yes, he is still co-opted by the 20-something stripper crowd. A lot of us worry about him in that regard.

Living large, indeed.. but he's on the hard stuff, now. Apple fritters? Man. You might just as well stick it right in a vein.

Hail Nevada.

I think "One more for Mr. Nevada!" each time I do one of these.

An apple fritter and a coffee on a cold morning, followed by a full days' riding...sounds like a perfect recipe...once every 6 months! :)

A most special treat for him when KK is running the cooker is to have them take whatever product he has chosen and run it back through the sugar coater for ANOTHER layer of the glaze!

He'd best be careful about this type of behavior lest his handle be switched to "Mr 'Ngina.
Or worse still?

"Mr 'Gina"!
