Anybody try one of these on the FI Guzzi's? The outer one is always easy on my V11S, but the inner one is harder to get to.
I saw these at AutoZone the other day.

These will get in just about anywhere:

Or you could buy a master set with just about anything you could ever need for about $50.

Sorry, I guess I'm thick. I don't immediately see where this tool could be used. Is this tool for disconnecting the quick connect on the tank of, say, a V7? Or is it for something else (which I'm probably not familiar)?
-
My 2001 California has no fittings like these but possibly newer models do? Mine just has hose clamps and crimp clamps.

I'm not sure how the V11's are set up, but my BM's got
couplings in the feed and return fuel lines. The placky ones
don't last - I got good metal, self sealing quick disconnects
with Vitton "O" rings from Quick Couplings in the States. I
just disconnect the fuel pump, then the couplings and pull the
tank, no spillage.
Would that be easier for you guys too?
Cheers Maurie.

Like my '01 EV, yours has an external fuel pump mounted on the left side of the frame behind the 'puter. '02 and later have the pump in the tank with quick connect couplings.

I've used these relatively generic versions on cars and trucks but it seems like none in the box had any effect on that poxy, crap-gineered torture fest on my Calvin.

For those not familiar, here's the fuel disconnect on many post 2001 bikes with the internal fuel pump. I have these on my 2004 V11S, and my 2009 V7C.

Those look like they would work on the MG's. Have you tried them? A nice video here on how to use them: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DvngvwOy2ns
Here's what they look like:

Ahh OK, completely diff runt, I take it your talking the high
pressure lines too - not feed and return? Oh well I am here
to learn.
