Title: Planning a trip to Barber motorcycle on march 12 (NGC)

Planning to go to the Barber motorcycle museum on our way down to Florida.
Can anyone recommend good hotels within 25 miles?
Any other restaurants or good info appreciated

Hampton Inn is located right outside the entrance to Barbers. Numerous motels on I20 in Irondale a 5-6 minute drive away and also in Pell City a little further west on I20.

After many trips to Barber, our group prefers the Holiday Inn Express in Irondale East.

Within 25 miles is the entire city of B'ham.  Literally dozens of hotels.

The best group of hotels are SE of the I-459 on Hwy 280.  Lots of new hotels and restaurants.  You can also take some back roads to get the museum from there (Rex Lake Rd). 

As said before, there are a couple of Hotels in Leeds on I-20.

Columbiana inn in columbiana Alabama if you like a B&B. Stayed there last October. great folks

If you factor in the breakfast it's comparable to most hotels. And columbiana has a drug store with a lunch counter/ ice cream shop if you can linger a bit
