I found an audio interview with her that's interesting.

She offers some good advice on MC trips. Stop planning and Get Lost! I like that! :thumb:

When you post something like this, do a little work and us a favor and include a link?

This should get you there. It looks like a BMW got her there.

She's had that R bike for a while, but is still a big Guzzi fan.

Sorry guys but as a true Troglodyte I have no clue how to post a link, never will...I was guessing the Rockster BMW was ridden by the guy shown in the pictures, his helmet kinda matches the stripes on the bike...

Go to the web page where the story is.
Go up to the url box at the top of the screen. right clock on the url
you will see a pop up box with options. Click "copy" (this copies the whole mess to your clipboard)

come back here to wild guzzi.
open up a reply on this thread.
type Control + V a the same time- this pastes the link in the box.

Nope -- the Rockster is hers.

Both the Lario and Rockster are Melissas'. For a while the Lario was less problematic than the bmw.  Melissa kindly rides her Lario to Guzzi events, such as the National in Keene, NH and the Guzzi rally in MA.  @ least 2 Guzzi Guru's corrected a poorly done 'professional' valve adjustment @ the National; finding a strip thread beneath a valve cover. A time sert was suggested.    Good fortune,  R3~

OK here's the deal,I was looking at the magazine not a webpage...I saw Melissa at the 2012 National in Virgina but didn't get to talk to her as there was a bit of a storm that messed up a lot of stuff! On the plus side I rode the BRP to Skyline Drive to Gettysburg, long ride with power out everywhere...I didn't realize it was the anniversary of the battle, hard to find a room and they were very pricey, but up early the next day and rode thru the site...I had it almost to myself and it was humbling to think how our nation turned on that day...will never forget!!
