Title: Paint code for 2008 Silver Norge

Anyone happen to know off the top of your head what the paint code is for Silver 2008 Norge?  Just need to get a small bottle of touch up paint for a few spots...and don't have my manual with me at the moment to look it up.

Well...there are tons of them available on line, but everyone one of the after market paint sites I have visited is missing this particular code...so I'm guessing they've been doing it for a while now!

Nope , just 3 , adding a A makes for WAY too much paperwork...

Found it I think!  Actually there was another thread on the same subject...couldn't find it earlier!  Taking a chance on the Excalibur Gray called out in a prior thread.

3.a.01-2b I believe is the proper nomenclature!

What the world calls silver, Piaggio calls Excalibur Grey. A trick for looking this up is to check for this color from Aprilia, Vespa, or other Piaggio products of roughly the same time period - often paint suppliers will have a code for them and that paint even if not for the same color on a Guzzi. This also works for other Guzzi paint colors.

Thanks IT..indeed, it was your thread from 2 years ago I found after I posted with the Excalibur Grey...got it ordered last night.
