Post by: Nicoman on March 10, 2016, 02:48:48 PM
Hi there,

Any of you know if there is a manual where I can read the torque values for the internal parts of the motor and for the head of the motor as well needed for perform the first maintenance that includes head re-torque and valve adjustment?

Thanks a bunch,

Nico.

The OEM engine manual has what you want.

There are threads on this board that detail the first service including the head retorque and values.

If you can't find them by the time I'm in front of a desktop tomorrow I'll at least look up the head torques for you.

Thanks Kev m! I already found the torque values for the head, but couldn't find the values for the head cover and for the spark plug.

Thank you Ponti33602! you can send it to my backup mail backyarding@gmail.com  :thumb:

Cheers!

P:D i already have the service manual i think... what i don't have is a manual for engine repair, gearbox, etc....

The service manual doesn't cover those topics as far as I can tell from the service manual I have.

I believe the manual i'm looking for is the engine manual.... ;)

I prefer to do all the repairing my self  and learn something along the way than throw away my money in workshops  :thumb:

They're posted in the Download/Resources link on Guzzitech.

Damn.... I went to that site but can't purchase it because they don't list my country in the billing address section!

I've just sent you a personal message with my e-mail address.  If you don't have the engine manual yet, send me an e-mail and I'll forward it to you.
