It's French I think. Bistro racer.

Cool.  Looks like a converted pedal bike.  Where does the rider put his feet?

The rider leaves his legs hanging down w/ feet near the ground, cuz that's the only way that thing is going to stop. Feet = brakes? :cheesy:

Pity the photo's not in color.  The rider's red suspenders are not quite visible against his dark shirt.

That bike is a board-track racer, no brakes required.
