Title: Norge (Plastic bits) by valve covers not matching up?
Post by: Cool Runnings on March 22, 2016, 03:36:13 PM
Those 'black' plastic covers by the valve covers not matching up, the right side has maybe 1/2" clearance while the left side has maybe 1" clearance. What gives?

Must be the left cylinder running hotter than the right cylinder, causing plastic deformation...can all be corrected by running 42 psi in the rear though...you won't even notice it while riding!   :thumb: :thumb:

It's because the cylinders are offset slightly.

It's because the cylinders are offset slightly.

Oh, so it's normal, nothing to be concerned about!
