So our man Brandon Jenkins is minding his own b'ness... whiling the moments away at a stop light in Mesa, Arizona when a turd who happens to be fleeing police ends up behind him.

Turd thinks to himself: "Self, that scooter'd be better to continue my flight on..."

Brandon thinks otherwise.
