ok maybe not humorous but how stupid can a manager be? If the FD thinks there's gas they don't phone you up, they show up in force..

 Oh I agree with how uninformed the MOD was . The problem is , there is a good chance the MOD was a 19 year old that had already worked 60 hrs in the last 5 days and might be a bit punchy .

 Yeah , similar . My personal belief , if the perps are caught they should be forced to work at the BK for a year , no pay , a form of restitution .

 Thanks . Now , if it turns out the MOD was a 40 year old experienced head , well ... One of my waitresses in about 1986 answered the phone and the caller claimed to be with the Sheriff's office and wanted us to deliver several orders of fish and chicken to a house a couple of miles away , and oh , they expected the LEO discount . Problem was , we never delivered , and second, only on duty LEOs or firefighters got a discount . The waitress was a savvy country girl and kept them talking , even agreeing to the request to get an address and phone number before telling me . We called the Sheriff's office , they paid a visit to the address , guessing it wasn't pleasant  :evil:
