Great bunch of guys there at the shop, one of the mechanics has been riding/working on Guzzi for 30+ years!!

FYI:
That's a 1998 California V11 EV. In the alluring yet repulsive Hot Dog & Mustard livery.
It's not a 1988.
It would be fun, if not 1500 miles distant...

Not really my style of bike but I'd buya ticket or two if someone who's planning to be there will buy Em for me

I'm sending my sister down with 100 bucks. Maybe I'll get lucky.

I live just a few miles from Eurocycles. I'd love to be there and do the raffle and or test ride of the V7. You can say what you want about the Hotdog and Mustard 98 EV but I love mine and get compliments from all over the country. It's a love it or hate it paint scheme. I love mine. I'll be out of town during the event.

I stopped in today and bought a ticket. They just got a few new Guzzi's for display and surprisingly are using a Stornello as a demo. Was also offered a demo ride on the new 961 Norton. I passed. Good looking bike but not worth the entry fee. This is a typical big city yuppie shop. BMW is their mainstay but they bring in other makes when they see money. They've had Ducati also the last 15 years or so. They have a few Aprillias. Used to have Triumph and MV Agusta. This shop is all about selling bikes and they are not passionate about any of them. What ever sells. I suppose it's good business but I really like shops that are passionate about their brand.

I am not sure I will make it but trying to run up there this weekend. They performed the first service on my v7 last month. Their mechanic, Robin, has been working on Guzzi's for years as others have commented. I am glad I have a place close just in case a warranty issue pop's up. The guy there told me that after the initial blitz of sales of the Scrambler, it really tapered off quickly.

according to their site you DO NOT have to be present to win the bike.

They changed it from the original listing. Their Facebook page says that they are no longer requiring you to be present to win.
I may go buy a few tickets and hope for the best.

Anyone know if you can buy tickets online? They could potentially increase their proceeds from the charity event .002% from the US Guzzi rider participation.

These guys are only a few miles from me. Did a test ride on the V7 and fell in love. Lightweight, comfortable, wonderful awesome torque. Sales staff were great.

I stopped by today to demo their Stornello. I haven't ridden a modern V7 before today. I thought it was pretty good. Light weight and great handling. Fueling was good, brakes outstanding as usual, nice transmission. I'm used to the big blocks so I felt power was lacking but watching the speedometer climb rapidly I realized there is plenty of power on tap. Were I to buy a V7 though I would buy the Stone. Better ergos for me and tubeless tires. I did sit on the new Eldo. Didn't fit me well. But I also sat on the Audace and I felt right at home. Got a ticket to win the HD&M. Maybe if I win that I can trade it right back in for the Audace, or maybe the Stone
