Title: Status of California 1400 upgrades, seat, engine, suspension
Post by: toaster404 on April 16, 2016, 06:57:06 PM
I know people keep developing things.  Does anyone know of any upgrades to:

Saddle.  Other than Corbin.  If not, I'll probably just redo myself.

Engine management, lean fuel aspect.  After 3/4 of a year of riding, still seems constipated and lean.  Cannot afford megabucks.

Exhaust.  These things are weird.

Suspension.  Breaking in a little, but not up to the rest of the machine.

Thanks for any new news.

As far as engine management, I have read a couple of times that there is a firmware upgrade that improves performance and fueling.....I have not had it done yet.

Exhaust has already been discussed here, some options for enough $$$

I'm still waiting to hear about hard bags for my Eldorado!

Matris cartridge kit for the front, Ikons in the rear.  Pricey but effective.
