I'm preparing to disassemble my ignition switch for cleanup and inspection. Anything that might surprise me?

Not really. I covered this in the Lario rehab thread. You might find some green stuff in there.. :smiley: At any rate, brighten up the contacts, apply fresh Vaseline, and reassemble. Easy, and will save you some grief down the road. Or.. you could b bb bbuy a new one. Why would a Guzzi Guy want to do that?
Well, now thinking about it, if you don't disconnect the negative at the battery you could get a surprise. :grin:

Sees like I must be all thumbs. Went to put the switch back together and we. I get it lined up and hook up the ground, power is on. I thought and it seems by looking that there is only one way it will go back together but obviously not.
