There's probably a reason for doing that. Maybe that's an inturbulator intake?

Close attention during disassembly usually exposes some very interesting Intentions during previous assembly.

I saw an Eldo air cleaner with every other section removed. Probably a speed mod for more air..

Inturbulators are ONLY supposed to be used by the one and only Fubulator! (Fubar Guzzi)

The Fubes has 3 inturbulators , unfortunately they are all broken . He is running a home for broken 'Verts and airhead beemers , he prefers to buy pre-broken motorbikes , saves a step or two

Wonder what the plan was for a crankcase breather system. Plan? We don't need no stinking plan. Never got that far, me thinks.

Is this the V9 prototype?

Well, if he wants to host my wanderings I'll get his 'vert working. I think I have a handle on his problem. Let him know. :)

Nice! I believe Cal Custom lists those in their catalog as The Bi-Turbulator with accessory Pods. The matching paint really kicks it up a notch.

looks like someone got an old motorcycle running with the parts available.
we can't all ride pristine machines.
Looks better than mosT $30k choppers.

Goofy to be sure.
The tape's a hoot. Red Green referencers paying strict attention will notice that it is not sufficiently taped as there would be a third strip to say, the head seconding as a knee cushion.
In any case, where's the love? At least he's filtering the air now for the next owner's benefit.
Todd.

It had to have increased his horsepower by a few ponies.......... with that said, the custom paint on the regulator surely gave an extra volt or two.
