Got my new ME 880 Marathons with the 6000 mile service today. Wow, what a difference! Part of that is undoubtedly just that they are fresh tires, but I also feel that they are much better tires than the OEM Dunlops. Much easier, smoother turn in -- almost feels like a different bike. Of course, the Marathons have been the go-to mileage tire for heavy bikes forever, so I'm pleased indeed.

880 Marathons is what I always used on the FJR, most likely will go with them on the Norge too.

I ran a couple sets of the ME880 radials on my Nero Corsa a few years ago.
The tire worked better than expected when pushing it a bit, and had me wondering about all the negative feedback about poor front end performance in rain. I thought they were great, though definitely a sport-TOURING tire. Ridden in their element, they are among the best. I really enjoyed the 10,000 mile life from the rear.

I've used the bias version on my EV for the 40k miles I've ridden it.
I've never used the radial versions either of my other bikes.

Son just put an ME888 on the rear of his HD 1200 Sporty. Had Pirelli Routes on it. Still wearing off the mould release on the sides but already he has said that the bike feels heaps better. Reviews I read were pretty good; only downside was that some thought that they were a bit slippery in the wet. His cornering is already much quicker than it was.
Kev M uses them on his HD Sporty and likes them.

I got 3500 miles out of the rear on my 147 foot pounds of torque (measured at the wheel) on my Rocket III.
If they can stand up to that............... ...
