I never did like dirt bike riding for all the reasons mentioned in the video. More work than fun and often painful.

That is a funny video. I rode dirt bikes badly in the 70s. I got away from it for a long time. I used my first tax refund check after my divorce to buy myself a nice used Suzuki DRZ400e. That following Xmas, I bought my 11 year old a YZ85 to replace his Yamaha RT100. He and I had awesome adventures on our alternate Saturdays. I still rode badly, crashed more often than I care to admit to but, JP and i bonded over these ride days. We'd come home exhausted and dirty but, a shower and a couple of steaks on the grill, healed our wounds and we couldn't wait for the 2 weeks to pass so, we could do it again. Three years ago, I sold the DRZ and still regret it but, it was taking longer to heal plus, JP got his driver's license and his M classification so now we ride street bikes together. My advise to you younger fathers, go buy a cheap used dirt bike for yourself and as soon as your child learns to ride a bicycle with hand brakes, get him or her a mini bike. You will not regret it.

I don't think I could ride a CT90 that fast. sigh.

Some wisdom in there though.
