Not sure what is going on with me these days!
I bought this a few hours ago. 2013 with a mere 464 miles on it.

Congratulations! What's not to like? The V7's are a barrel of fun & a whole lot more; easy to maintain, fun to ride, lightweight and good on gas mileage. I'm a fan.
Great looking bike.

Very nice. Always liked a white mc for some reason. Amazing how many like new bikes can be had out there .
-
Great! Will always have a soft spot for a white Moto Guzzi...that was the color of my first one, just over 30 years ago.

You have obviously been bitten by the smallblock bug. It is not usually fatal but the effects can be lifelong.
I have found the best treatment is to just enjoy it. :thumb:
-
Wow. You now own the most beautiful motorcycle Moto Guzzi ever made, and also the most bestest.
I'm not biased just because I own a 2013 that looks identical to yours.

Hey John,
Has the Nero Corsa sold ?
-
Nice! I have the C-Bow luggage system for this bike (rack and luggage) if you need it. The mounts won't fit on my V7 racer. The bags are somewhat small, but they're supposed to be water proof, IIRC.

Yeah, sold the Nero yesterday. I am ordering the Hepco Becker mounts today because I have a lot of the hard bags already.
This bike is mainly for my work travel when I have to take my van. This fits easily in it.

Nice one John! Congrats
-
Nice, though to be pedantic that's a V7 Stone, not Classic, which only matters in some parts differences and of course service literature.
Exactly like mine....I absolutely love it!
Enjoy!

I was gonna say something, but couldn't spell pedantic...

Congrats on your new (to you) V7. They're definitely great bikes.
Despite replacing it with a V7 Racer, I missed my V7 Classic so much that I bought a V7 Special in November. I've got the H&B bag mounts and top case rack on it, as I did the Classic. Having cargo capacity enables me to ride it a lot more than I would otherwise, as I use it for commuting to work, and also grocery runs, etc.

I spent today removing all the silly safety stickers that were still on the tank, rear fender, etc. Then I put on the spoked wheels I originally bought to try on the Breva. Put the windscreen from my Titanium on it. Bar end mirrors.
There were some bosses on the plate that the license plate holder bolts to and this keeps the regular tail light from illuminating the plate so Guzzi adds this ugly light underneath the plate. I removed it all, sanded down the bosses so the holder mounts flush and cut off the extra license plate light. Cleans it up a bit.
I ordered Hepco Becker brackets but it will be a few days for them.

Man, that looks sharp! The fairing/windscreen is perfect on that bike...your pics just became a part of my wallpaper slideshow! :thumb:
-
That's a fine motorbike!
Congratulations.
-
Wow, I really like that white fairing. Who makes it?
-
Shockingly NICE!
how is the wind management from the fairing? do you get wind noise up from the bottom of your helmet?
I need to do something about that noise on my DR.. and I think it would look better with a round headlight.
-
Wow, I really like that white fairing. Who makes it?
Guzzi? I took it off my 04 Titanium.
-
Looks great BUT, I love the lightweight cast stone wheels!
-
Hey JB, do you want to sell the cast wheels or trade for an extra set of spoked wheels, plus I give you some cash?
Ken

Lookin good, John.. :bike-037:

I was not going to say anything, but I did not like the factory cast wheels. The alloy rims/ spokes are a great move!!
I looked at a V-7 about 2010, when I bought a 2010 Street Triple R. Same dealer carried both.. Models..
Only thing that turned me off was the chrome spoked rim.. If it had alloy rims I might of went that way?
Now I have a 2002 stone with the same wheel setup as that V-7.. Go figure....
You have a nice bike!!
-
Looks good JB. :thumb:
I like the bar ends.

464 miles? Did someone only have it for half a day or was it a demo?
You wont recognize my place with all the trees gone from the tornado.
Back to the chain saw. Tex

That'sa Nice Bike! Maybe too good looking!
You are going to draw a lot of admirers.
