Thought this was going to be a Ridley MC display.   I say more power to him.  :thumb:  Too bad he can't split lanes.

I don't know those in the car are laughing.  Pretty uncool, imo.

John Martin raced Can Am dirt bikes in the 80s, the tallest machines of their day.  (Not a selling point, at all.)  John was pretty short.  He hopped on his bike just like that fellah.  Rode FAST, tough competitor.

Back in the late 50s our group had a guy we called "Midget Pete". He rode a Vespa standing up with the small of his back resting against the saddle. At traffic lights he would do the same thing as the fellow in the video - jump off and stand next to the scooter.

Great guy and we still see him at some of our get-togethers.

absolutely. the guy riding is a hero in my book.

though to him, I'm pretty sure he sees it as just going about his normal life. No big deal. He likes riding or needs to ride, so he's riding. He's not doing anything noteworthy, he's riding a motorcycle, like millions of people.

regarding the guy secretly filming someone going about their daily life and sharing it with the world as comedy...? uncool is just the tip of the iceberg. on so many levels. for so many reasons. but this is a motorcyle forum, so I'll leave it there. uncool.

Totally impressed with rider's skill, nerve and desire to ride.

Would love to give him a wave, and then buy him lunch.
