I've decided to change out the fuel line on my 07 Breva 1100 as it had developed a small leak near the t-fitting. I podged a repair with fuel injection line and thought it was time to correct the issue. Problem is I can't figure out how to separate the injector from the line. Is it just held in place with friction or is there something I am missing. There is no info in the manuals and did a search here with no joy. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.

Pretty sure they're just barbed fittings and the hose is heated to shrink down for a leak-proof seal.

It's not the hose that I am trying to remove it's the Injector itself. The new line came with the end fitting but I need to remove the Injector from the old line and can't figure if it is friction fit by an o-ring or a circlip of some sort.

Sort of friction fit. The O-ring holds it in place. A twist and pull action should remove it.

Don't yank on them. Be gentle.

Thanks Beetle, much appreciated.
