Title: 92 1000s frame colour

hello all & sundry,at present there is a 92 1000s up for grabs on ebay australia,second owner bike.seriously considering bidding on this machine.this bike has a black frame with green stripes.am i wrong thinking it should have a green frame?i thought the orange striped ones had black frames,green stripes green frames.its not that im fussed about frame colour but what im willing to pay will depend on originality,may be different countrys ,different paint schemes,look forward to replies,thanks

in Greg Fields book he states the green stripe bikes had a green frame, Orange bikes had black frame. But I have seen black frames with green stripes.

Yes, I think there were some early black framed bikes with green striped tanks. Typical Guzzi, lets use it up because we have it production.
