Uh Patrick , what were you doing on a Russian website ?

Yeah , every few months I get an official looking envelope from a PO box in Tulsa stating that if I don't remit $200.00 to a PO box in Frisco TX that a warrant for my arrest will be issued  Sent a return letter with a postmark from AR telling them to , well , you know

There will be little to laugh about when a Russo-Italian judge will come to put your real estate assets and your bank account under arrest.
They are terrible.

Some folded up pizza fliers and some old rusty washers in the return envelope without a stamp, hoping they'll stump up for the postage.

Some good news on the scammer front. Five fake IRS officials who allegedly took nearly two million dollars from 1500 victims were recently arrested: http://www.usatoday.com/story/money/2016/05/24/five-arrested-irs-impersonation-scam/84874934/
I was a bit taken aback by the last line of the story though: "Since mid-April, some scammers have instructed victims to pay purported IRS tax debts with Apple iTunes cards, TIGTA said." And people fall for it! Simply amazing.
