Australia built a wall. A hundred years ago. Except it was a fence. And, it was to keep rabbits out!

They club rabbits down there like we do baby seals and male chicks up here. Smack'em up good.

What about the cane toads?

It's all part of their European integration plot along with entering the Eurovision song contest a week or so back and coming second

What about the cane toads?
No, they can't cane toads anymore. They can only club rabbits.

Singapore can cane toads. Heck, Singapore can cane anybody. For chewing gum, spitting on the sidewalk - and don't even think about what happens if you forget to flush!

Beat me to it.
I don't see a problem with a properly administered correctional caning, 'specially if they give you a couple switches for peeing through the down seat, too. I mean -- who DOES that? It used to be that a caning was standard punishment all over. Now instead of 10 whacks with the switch they lock you up for 5 years and pay for your keep, which punishes all the taxpayers. So I think Singapore is on to something.
But the rabbits . . .

Maybe to keep the Kangaroos out...
