This evening Dusty and I are talking about Guzzi stuff for a long time when he gets a long loud red alert warning on his phone.
Did Kansas invade Oklahoma?
Are Texans forbidden to marry our cousins?
Anyone know what his red alert was?

Was just the evening alarm warning telling us that the HD riders are leaving their watering hole

It's time for his nightly meds....

I thought that was when he was due back at the home

Weather alert. Severe thunderstorm warning, tornado warning?

We are in a calm period , even the humidity is not bad .

No hush puppies for you two ...

The warning was for too many people in the state having a high school diploma. Some had to leave...
(I can say this. I'm in Nevada. We make Mississippi look good.)

Now I saw a news report the other day that claimed (and I quote) that "OK is 22th in the nation in spelling and math." I got a red alert over that one. Then I got over it.

Pronounced twenty twoth
Dusty
-
His day pass was about to expire in 15 minutes.
-
If not weather, my guess is Amber Alert.

Dusty
Twenty tooth? That's quite a few for an Okie..

A warning that two great minds are communicating and anything could result from it?

Yep, you gotta have all your fingers and toes to count up to twenny

Now THERE is an explanation that makes sense  You other guys , well , let's just say John is my new BFF , and I'm making a list ...

Obviously some sort of curfew enforced by an ankle bracelet. It's the 15 minute warning saying he has to be at home or he's in breach of his parole conditions.
Jeez. What a bunch of primitives!

A secretive communication from Orson instructing him to infiltrate the Guzzi Community.

I could go off at a magnificent tangent here with even less Guzzi content but I won't......

So, on my phone an 'Amber' alert is white. So I suppose color has some significance, but, not directly related, ie, a 'red' alert probably does not mean a bunch of commies is on their way in the door.
I would venture a guess that the local bordello was being raided and that was a warning for all the guests to leave.
-
Psst! Charlie, the commies are under your bed.......
-
Some of you guys are obviously unaware of The Turnip's propensity for leg pulling  Fact is , he dropped his phone in the outhouse and didn't want to retrieve it . The last thing I heard was ,
"Dangit , there went another ... SPLOOSH "

Here's what it's really about boys.
It's that time of day when every Okie in Muskogee gets out their little rug, bows to the east and pays homage to every Okies hero, The Late, Great, Mighty Merle Haggard

Wrong Okie , Will Rogers or Thomas Stafford maybe , they were actually from here , but never Merle , he was a fake Okie

Dusty, you've done it again!

I knew it was not my BS alarm as that blowed up many years ago. The No Clap Lap Dance Club has a secret alarm for me.
Dusty, glad it was nothing serious on your end. My cell phone is sitting in a bag of rice. Anyone want to come by for some rice pilaf? Special flavor.
Back to work
