These "professional" builders need to stop screwing up motorbikes . Wouldn't hurt if they found someone whose language skills are a bit better either

I get that not everyone speaks English , heck if I needed to advertise something in Spanish it might come out like that . It just seems that for the price they could at least use Google translator, the ad looks like the work of a a 5 year old . Any chance this is a scam ?

Oh, good lord! They took a $10,000 bike and turned it into a $5,000 piece of 'art'.

Here's another clown.   Good "original" condition except for the "custom" ......everything!

I've never gotten my head around the concept of bolt-on customization.

It's interesting that the description says the headers are hand made, yet they're stamped "Moto Guzzi" like factory pipes.

I LIKE it. Looks good to me, thouh the finish on the engineis abit,...... hmmm.
I like the way the tank looks with the cut outs on the red panels matching the outline on teh eagle emblem. Personally I would go for chrome pipes, but ttat'spersonal taste.

What are you guys comlaining about? on the whole it's a beautiful bike. Get over the google translator and look deeper.

Here is the problem , the bike is for sale in California , surely they could have found at least one person to write the ad in some comprehensible English . When you spell our with an H most of us get suspicious re the veracity of an ad . That , and it doesn't matter how a bike is modded , doing so almost always reduces the value . A quick peek at Valentina's Garage on the net reveals nothing except some pictures .

I'd put some dingleballs across the front of the windshield and call it good!

AND , no amount of hype will make it worth that kind of money . Maybe that is my real problem with stuff like this . " Let's hype this thing , use catch words like 'legendary' , see if some sucker will bite" .
I feel the same way about jeans that cost $200.00 , or those stupid Nike hats that sell for 20 bucks, all rip offs .

Hey, my daughter works at a company making jeans that cost more than that, but in their defense, there's a lot of hand labor by North Carolina workers in them.  They employ an old German woman who hand makes patterns, and the craftsmanship goes on from there.

Make no mistake, however, I'm not a customer.

I might pay 200 bucks for a pair of handmade ... oh hell , who am I kidding  Seriously , quality costs money , but those 20 buck Nike hats are made in Asia at a cost of 20 cents a piece

I don't know that the quality of these jeans is any better than the bargain brands.  They're just made of high quality US denim, by craftsmen using very old sewing machines and doing a lot of hand work.  I guess they appeal to people who like non-mainstream clothing.

I don't know anything about such things.  I haven't bought any clothing other than riding gear for decades.  Christmas seems to bring everything I need and more, mainly from people like my Mother in Law, who tries to bring me up to the standards of society.

Jim , is your MIL meeting with any success ? Had a GF that would lure me into a store under false pretenses , and then start showing me men's clothes , stuff with logos . She was very cute , but no woman is that cute

You can't take someone seriously when they are seemingly incapable of using proper grammar. The heaping amounts of B.S. aren't helpful either. The tank looks like your typical V7 sport steel repop ( a good thing ) someone already pointed out the handmade pipes with the moto Guzzi factory stampings, and they are selling the same " handmade " steel seat for $189.00. All that makes me doubt if the engine was rebuilt or if it came out of a California or other squarefin.

Engine was rebuilt some. He has the original cylinders and pistons up for sale in another ad for $449. Billed as excellent condition. I just don't see 15K.

Someone once reminded me. "The fact that a person's English isn't perfect is because it is his second language. That means he knows one more language than I do".
