Title: Father's Day

    This evening I heard the door bell ring and UPS dropped off a package. My wife orders a lot of stuff but this time it was for me. I opened the package and found a twelve pack of bottles of Spotted Cow beer sent from my son in WI. I raised my son on Moto Guzzi's and he now has a 96 1100 Sport, as do I. In spite of my questionable parental skills and influence he turned into a upstanding young man who now owns his own business in Hydraulic and pneumatic repair and installation. Guess I didn't screw up too bad. His older brother is a mechanical engineer with Kimberly Clark. I'm proud of my boys and I'm going to enjoy that Spotted Cow.

New Glarus Brewing Company is an enjoyable 1 hour ride from where I live.  Good beers are made there!

Well done dad!

Ms. LD brought home some lavender flavored beer from Katy, TX "No Label Brewing".  Great brew house, but ugh on this particular.
Will be in Durango, CO next week.  Great local brew houses there.

I will be in CO for Father's day.  Morning at the cabin.  Aspens leafing out.  First of the hummingbirds.  Cool and crisp.  Rocky Mountain High.
Daughters are far away in Brooklyn.
