It had a reservoir where the bolt is but was broken in transit. Previous owner had single Brembo disc installed on '73 Eldo. Thanks for any help you can provide in identifying and or finding a replacement :grin:

Damn that's an odd angle for a picture. It makes my brain hurt!
Do you have any better angles? From that it doesn't look like a guzzi part. I'm guessing an aftermarket Arlen Ness? They were common in 1/2" and 5/8" back in the day. The plate-type attachment is also reminiscent of some weird early brembo hydraulic clutch stuff, but I'm grasping at straws there.
What is the front brake caliper? It might be easier to steer you toward a workable replacement. But we need to know what caliper we're working with.

Yes it is a Brembo caliper. The MC is attached to the throttle assembly via a plate as you said.The reservoir was mounted at an angle to the handlebar so I don't think it was a stock setup. Thanks for your help.

Was the cup directly communicating with the pump, or was it a remote cup with a hose?

If I am remembering this correctly, the stock disc brake set up on that bike was a single Brembo F08 caliper operated by a Brembo master cylinder with a nominal 15mm (but closer to 16mm) piston and a round reservoir. That particular m/c was probably optimal for working 2 F08 calipers. Using it on just a single caliper gave a very wooden feel - I suspect the m/c was changed out with good reason and purpose on the O/P's motor cycle and this may be a case in which returning it to stock is not ideal in terms of brake feel and performance.

That is a master cylinder and switch/throttle assembly from a '79 on Triumph T140 Bonneville. It has the alloy brake lever and the earlier one has a formed chrome one.
