Title: Lemans I front turn signal bracket

Does anyone know if this will work on a CX?

No
The LM1 has 180mm fork spacing and the cx100's fork spacing is 195mm. The holes in the bracket will not line up with the lower pinch bolts on the cx100 unless you modify the bracket.
